INSIGHT: Due to COVID 19, hospitals are running out of ventilators. Urgent global need for a solution. CPAP machines are readily available to hospitals to reconfigure into special use ventilators. Repurposed CPAP machines have been used in medically supervised situations for patients who needed ventilation but did not require the full support of a standard hospital ventilator.
